Neuways win Cyber Security excellence award

Neuways is delighted to announce it has been recognised as Leading Specialists in Cyber Security in Derby for 2021. The accolade was awarded as part of SME News’ Business Elite Awards, the winners of which were handpicked by judges at SME News magazine. The awards look to honour those who consistently provide the best services and products for their clients, allowing them to stand out within their representative fields, which has seen Neuways’ cyber security excellence rewarded.

This is something Neuways has strived to do for its customers over the last year and a half. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Neuways customers have received exceptional levels of customer service.

Despite support tickets doubling, and staff being forced to work from home, 100% of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers were met by the Support team, as well as a record 98% customer satisfaction rating being recorded.
